Andy Dwyer is extremely cute, with his funny quirks. Everyone that is lucky enough to see Andy come out of his man cave, said that he has the derp-iest face ever! When he sees a stranger looking into his cage, he will freeze like a statue and look at them with his big doe eyes until you leave. But if he recognises you, he might walk all the way up to you, take a quick sniff (he will come up so close that you can boop his nose!) before quickly scurrying away! Andy is a hamster that will definitely give you a good laugh whenever you see him.
Andy was rescued from a irresponsible backyard breeder, living in unsanitary conditions and fights with other hamsters. Because of this horrible experience, Andy is not a cuddle buddy, and prefers to do his own thing in his space. He is an extremely low maintenance hamster that simply needs a place to call home. Being a typical Roborovski, he is very fast too, giving you lots joy just watching him zoom all around and about!
There is NO special requirements for Andy beyond HSS's adoption requirements.
Approved barred cages are welcome as Andy is not a frequent climber.
