Q: How do I purchase HSS merchandise?

Please make an order through our order form!

Q: I am not based/ located in Singapore, am I still able to purchase the merchandise?

Unfortunately we are not able to serve international customers at this time but thank you for your support!

Q: How long will it take for my package to reach me?

We are using Singpost’s services and you should receive your parcel within 2-4 working days for normal postage and 2 days for registered postage.

Q: What are the accepted methods of payment?

PayLah, PayNow and Bank Transfer.

Q: I would like to purchase physical merchandise (i.e. stickers, keychains and notebooks) from the main HSS shop and an independent artist collaborating with HSS. How will this work?

You can make one consolidated order through our order form and all your items will be sent out in the same package (reduces postage costs for you and us!) However, please take note that payment will be made to both HSS and the independent artist for the respective merchandise. More details will be provided after you have placed your order.

Q: Are the featured artists remunerated for their work?

Definitely! We respect and love their work as much as you do and appreciate their willingness to help us raise funds for our hamsters! All artists are remunerated based on a pre-agreed commission scheme. Do show them some more love via their social media accounts too :-)

Q: I am an artist and I am keen to collaborate with HSS to make some merchandise! How do I get in touch?
