Requirements for Momo’s Adoption:

  1. No-Barred Cage, 90x50cm and above Acrylic Cage only:
Momo may scale the bars and drop, which may cause injuries. Hence, no barred cages would be best for her as a spinal injury might occur from frequent falling.

  2. Large Sand Bowl and Daily Spot-Cleaning:
She loves rolling around fresh sand and knows to pee within the sand. However, she will definitely pee off-site..

  3. Lots of Bedding:
Momo enjoys burrowing so bedding depth should be at least 5-10cm high, for her to burrow around.

  4. Fatpouches Standard/Premium (with Mealworms):

HER FAVOURITE FOOD. She will wake up to consume her breakfast at 7-7.30am and 6.30-7pm for dinner regularly.

  5. Sprays (Enrichment)

She loves her sprays, this ensures she explores her home well. She loves her Immuno Flowers Mix, flax sprays, millet sprays and also occasionally scatter feeding

  6. Vet Visit (Special Medical History)

She had a prior history with UTI and she might be prone to UTI, so owners must bring her to the vet should they spot any abnormal pee or behaviours from Momo. Her current vet at Monster Pet Vet is Dr. I-lynn or Dr. V-lynn.

Momo is a peachy girl with a thick ‘gyatt’ (butt). She has a feisty and aggressive attitude when she is in her cage, but a sweetie when she is outside.

She loves her food, especially Fatpouches seed mixes, and her favourite treats are mealworms and pine nuts. She also loves sprays such as flax sprays and millets, she will literally shave the shrubs in a night.

Do note, Momo is not receptive to hands in her cage, she will attack unless slowly introduced, she can be removed from the cage via the ‘cup method’, to courier her out in a hideout. Not suitable for young kids who may place their hands in. She is also not fully toilet trained, she likes to pee in corners so future owners should be ready to spot, clean and replace bedding daily.

She had 2 previous UTI incidents however it is cleared after medication, but she may be prone to UTI based on the vet’s diagnosis, so future owners need to be aware and be responsible to bring her to the vet for any ‘reddish’ pee.

Other than the cage aggression and pee marking, Momo is a super adorable, beautiful and squishy baby who loves to eat.
