Mittens (Adopted)

Species: Hybrid Dwarf

Estimated age: 3 months

Gender: Male

Likes: marukan apple puree, sleeping underneath his bedding, burrowing Jerusalem artichoke, breakfast in bed (i.e. his food going to him), fresh vegetables (particularly broccoli and bean sprouts), boiled chicken

Dislikes: you spying on him when he eats, getting weighed

Mittens is a bright-eyed little boy with a keen sense of curiosity! He loves poking his whiskers out of his hideout to explore new sounds and smells before popping his little head out to eagerly peer at you. If you come with treats, he will happily scurry over to take his pick! His daily serving of fresh vegetables is probably the highlight of his day so it would be great if his new family can continue to spoil him with greens 

Despite his adventurous spirit, he tends to be a little confused when taken out of his enclosure for bonding sessions and will take a little while to step out of his comfort zone (aka his hideout). However, once he is out, he is ever ready to explore and take in all the new sights and sounds! He is also very calm on palms and does not fidget. Instead, he happily laps up all the attention, praises and pats he gets from his fosterer (he deserves every single bit of it!) He has opened up (and fattened up) well in his foster home and awaits a new home with more treats and love!

P.S. Mittens might be allergic to dust so his new family will need to either sift his Oxbow/ Kaytee bedding or opt for teabag bedding.

Will you be the one to let little Mittens warm your heart? :-)
