Our sweet foster hamster Toottoot is currently battling chronic skin and ear infections and he has been such a tiny fighter! He has ongoing skin issues that have caused him to lose the fur on his underside and around his little face. His body has small bumps on the skin and he is also dealing with persistent ear infections that require careful, gentle treatment.
Despite everything, Toottoot remains curious and brave. He still explores, still nibbles, still shows his sweet little personality. He deserves patience, understanding and all the compassion in the world while we work to keep him comfortable and give him the best quality of life possible 💕
