When Hoardey first came, he was really territorial as he was kept in a tiny cage and showed no interest in any interaction. However, just within 2 days, he started sleeping a lot in the open and took in interest in many different treats such as tofu, showing that he has lots of potential to be a cuddly cutie!!

Hoardey is a round chubby hamster and would actively greet you when youre home, running around and begging for you to carry him out by standing on his 2 little feet After coming home from a long day, Hoardey will surely brighten up your night!

If you are looking for a hamster that would just laze in the open to sleep, look no further as Hoardey is definitely the one for you!!! Hoardey is almost always seen lazing all over the cage, and won’t be easily spooked

A cute trait of Hoardey is that he is very LAZY! In his current set up, he has chosen the area nearest to the sand bath and food bowl, and made a burrow right under the water bottle to have access to everything he needs, while sleeping away for the rest of the day.

When taking a treat from you, Hoardey may be really scary as he will rush to get the treat and may accidentally miss the treat and nibble your finger!! (typical kiasu singaporean) but this is also a really cute trait in a way🤣

HOWEVER, Hoardey may bite at times, such as when u spook him or place your hand in the cage, but usually just to check if its food (disclaimer: may be really pain at times)! He is also really food motivated as he will quickly run to your hand when there are treats, but may bite your hand on accident as hamsters do not have very good eyesight, plus being really greedy, he will bite at anything immediately if he thinks its food!🥲 He may also attempt to climb up your palm but may also sometimes bite to test

Bonus: Hoardey has toilet-trained on its own to pee and poop in the sand, thus less spot cleaning is required but a larger sand bath will he very much appreciated by him!
