The following cages meet the minimum space requirements for your hamster. They are readily available in pet shops and online.

Lids are included which prevents
your hamster from escaping and allows you to pile on the bedding.
Allows (a largely) unobstructed view of hamster.
Ventilation might be an issue since the ventilation gaps at the top of the cage are the only source of air flow.

Must be placed away from direct sunlight and in an area with good air-circulation, as it can become hot in the tank.
