Thistle was found abandoned with her mom and other hamsters when she was just a little jellybean.

She has grown a lot since then, probably due to her crazy love for food. Filling her food bowl would incite an immediate response from her, way faster than anything else!

This shy baby will need some time to warm up to her future home. She appreciates receiving her favourite treats though she may be a little nervous when she sees hands and fingers. (You can just put the food down and let her pick it up herself!) That said, once she’s held in your palm, she’s happy to just sit and chill without having to be pet. Plus points if she’s given a snack while doing so!

For most of the day, she enjoys chilling in her burrows or sand bath, and especially on top of her cooling corner granite hideout, without a care for the world. (Her fosterer thinks she’s living the dream.)
