Shirokuma is exactly the hamster version of sumikko gurashi - the creatures who feel safe at corners. This shy boy likes to squeeze himself into corners to laze around. His fosterer was surprised by his funny sleeping positions every day.

When you call him, curious Shirokuma will come out with fluffy big ears, patiently waiting for you to feed treats. This polite boy will also eat carefully beside your palm.

Shirokuma is still learning to trust human. He'll scream if he's suddenly disturbed, especially during sleep. Hence, make sure he's aware of your presence before interacting with him.
