A zooming vroom vroom hamster, Dusky size is a bit on the small side and he is still learning to trust. He will quickly dodge out of the way if you even try to go near him. BUT, he is easily tempted by treats. He especially loves mealworms and pinenuts.

Once you have gained his trust, Dusky will allow scoops into your palms and he absolutely loves gentle headrubs. You will love his soft beautiful fur.

Dusky needs a patient hamparent who will be willing to put in the effort to gain his trust as he sometimes still thinks fingers are food and will suspiciously eye anything new in his environment.
