Aster came from a surrender litter when he barely just weaned. The teeny tiny 18g boy was frightened, timid and wasn’t keen on human interaction at all.

Fast forward now, although he will still give you his tiny golds (a.k.a poops) on your hands, he is a lot more confident with humans and will let you handle him for as long as he feels like it. He will decide how long he wants out being handled, and will tell you it’s time that he goes back home with scratches or sometimes a little nibble.

As you can see in the pictures, this out-of-a-fairytale beautiful boy has a stunning mixed coat of sapphire & pudding (-ish. We do not know exactly.) with a awe-striking pair of jewelry-like red eyes. I’m fact, his name came from the dainty little flowers of aster. Meaning of the red asters? Undying devotion. And that’s exactly what he deserves from you.:)

Aster needs someone with a prior hamster experience especially nibbly ones. Being a little spicy, he gets territorial in his tank hence don’t be surprised if he nipped your finger as you put your hand in or wants to tell you he needs to go back home. (It’s not that painful as it’s more of a warning nips but beware if you’re jumpy) He is generally a shy boy who likes to burrow, doesn’t show himself off too much in the open, but you’ll see his adorable face popping out of the burrow from time to time.

Will you be his undying devotion?
