Coconut is a young little boy who came from a not so great environment, a small cage with multiple others. How he lets a hooman handle him right now was nothing like when he came to the fosterer’s home. He would dart to her hand and bite it nonstop. Yes, he came a long way to finally trust hoomans.

When in a great mood, Coconut will calmly let’s you stroke his head while he naps on the wheel or in the hideout. He may even fall asleep while doing so. It’s the sweetest thing.

He is also relatively mild tempered in your hands as well….until for some unknown reason he isn’t. Well, it’s a mystery why his mood suddenly changes and he now wants to chomp on your finger. He chooses violence. His fosterer calls him a bipolar ham when that happens. There’re no certain circumstances that seem to trigger it. If you’re an experienced ham owner it’s honestly funny. But for that reason, he is not recommended for neither a first time ham owner or a family with small kids as handler.

Aside from being chaotic like that, Coconut is healthy, active, curious and quite a charmer. I mean look at the photos on this page? He was such a good model that both his fosterer and the photographer were pleasantly surprised! Will your heart accept this adorable little ball of joy, filled with so much sweetness and a pinch (or a nip) of red hot spice?
