Tamago (Adopted)

Species: Dwarf

Gender: Male

Est Age: 2.5 months

Rescue Date: 2 April 2020

Likes: FOOD, thick bedding, a big sand bath

Dislikes: Being picked up roughly

Super inquisitive by nature, he runs to the door whenever he hears noises near his cage. Tamago also loves playing peekaboo with his fosterer through the small ventilation hole at the side of his cage.

His nose catches the smell when his food bowl is refilled almost immediately, even when he is sleeping soundly. He never fails to dash out from wherever he is to pouch all the food.

Tamago’s current favourite spot is the corner of his cage where there is a ceramic hideout. He leans against it and sleeps in that corner in the day. At night, he’s always digging around the bedding and waiting for his fosterer to take him out for playtime.

Future adopters will have to be patient with him as he gets spooked by sudden movements easily. He is also slightly squirmy and does not like being picked up by new people. With enough patience and time, you will definitely get a manja hamster judging by how he’s doing with his fosterer after 1.5 months!
