Nugget (Adopted)

Species: Dwarf

Est Age: 2 months

Rescue Date: 28/05/2020

Gender: Male

Likes: Flaxseed, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, carob cookies, dehydrated apple slices, his sandbox

Dislikes: Being flipped upside down, sunflower seed shells, rice puffs

Nugget may be small, but his personality is larger than life! He comes running out of his hideouts when you call his name. He tries to climb to the door of his cage, but he's too small to reach it! He's sassy too - the side-eye at foods he doesn't like is just the burgeoning signs that this little boy is becoming a bit of a spoiled brat.

Nugget loves his sandbox. His favourite sleeping position is pressed in the little gap between the cage wall and his sandbox. When he's given treats, he carries them off to enjoy when sitting in his sandbox. He is also potty trained. Needless to say, it is his favourite place to do anything and everything.

Nugget isn't scared of humans, and can be easily picked up and cuddled. He is endlessly curious and likes to explore his surroundings. Just keep an eye on him - his tiny size makes it easy for him to dive into small spaces!

Don't tell Nugget I said this, but he's horrendously bad at cracking open sunflower seeds. He once took a whole minute to extract a single sunflower seed from its shell. He's getting better with practice, but will you be the one to see him beat his previous records?
