Leon is a confident boy who comes running to the door when he hears you coming! He adores attention, and will do anything to get it. He chases your hand around the cage so he can put a paw on it as if to say "Play with me, please!" Be warned, though, he can perform daring stunts if you elect to ignore him - he climbs the bar of the cage so he knows you can see him! Lesson learnt: don't call his name if you don't intend to pick him up for some time outside his cage!

Leon is a foodie, and cleans out his foodbowl of BN Expert Dwarf seed mix and Mazuri lab blocks in only 2 days, leaving only crumbs and herbs. He also waits with anticipation every night for his fresh vegetables to be delivered so he can pounce and eat his favourite pumpkin baby food.

Leon is also toilet-trained, and likes to spend time in a hideout in his sandbox. He also likes running on his wheel and sleeping on it too. All in all, Leon is the poster child of being a hamster.
