Despite her rough past, Gigi is an absolute sweetheart who loves climbing into your palm when you slowly put your hand in her cage. She often runs up to the front of her cage when you approach, attack you with kisses, and will calmly lay in your hands while you stroke and massage her — definitely a hamster meant for a posh life.

Gigi loves running in her wheel all night, like a true athlete. When she’s not running, she busies herself with fluffing up her bedding to create a nest made out of only the softest materials. As such, a silent wheel and plenty of soft bedding is definitely recommended.
