Elfin (Adopted)

Species: Pearl Winter White

Estimated age: 5 months

Gender: Male

Likes: Sleeping on his back and his side and in well ventilated hideouts (i.e. empty cans left on their sides or in hideouts with windows), fresh tofu, jumping from heights, sleep-eating, sleeping on his wheel after 8pm

Dislikes: staying still (unless its nap time), fresh vegetables (he nibbles at them but doesn’t finish them)

Elfin is an inquisitive hammo who perks up at the slightest sound and is ever ready to join you for an adventure (preferably over a nice meal). He is excitable when placed in new environments and loves poking his little nose around to find out what’s up.

He’s also quite the daredevil and enjoys his attempts to jump off surfaces like tables and platforms so lots of bedding to cushion his falls would be appreciated! When he is not attempting heart-stopping stunts, he can be found happily napping in the open and in hideouts with little windows (perfect for spying on him and taking lots of pictures of him).

While some humans have a tendency of sleep-walking, dear Elfin has a quirky habit of sleep eating (lying on his sides with his eyes closed and literally, eating heh). He has also developed a quirky habit of waddling out to sleep on his wheel after 8pm without fail :-)

Elfin is not scared of hoomans but takes time to get used to new sounds and smells though he is comfortable around a camera (i.e. he’s happy to have his picture taken!)

Elfin’s prepared his biggest gift to date for his new family (the gift of loooooove), will you be the lucky recipient? :-)

 Please note:

Elfin has a little “flap of skin” (direct quote from the vet!) next to his left ear. It does not affect him and its not visible unless you scrutinise him. He has visited the vet who has stated that it is not of any concern and has given him a clean bill of health :-)
