Dante (Adopted)

Breed: Hybrid Dwarf

Estimated age: 3 months

Gender: Female

Likes: Ecotrition cheese drops, dinner (i.e. fresh vegetables!), playing tug of war with her food

Dislikes: Silken tofu, baby corn, being flipped over on her back

Dante is pretty flirty with hoomans and likes to stare at you in bemusement as you try to get her to climb onto your palm to make friends. She is cautious (but not scared) of hooman hands and will thrive under a patient pawrent. She is not a biter, only a booper (she likes to boop your fingers with her nose hehe).

She is very food motivated and loves food refills as well as her daily fresh vegetables. She throws all caution to the wind and darts across the cage towards her food bowl whenever she hears the shaking of the food container and is happy to eat in her food bowl. Ironically, she is a rather picky eater and does take some time to finish her food!

She is most carefree when she is having her meals and snacks and her future family should take advantage of this trait of hers to facilitate the bonding and taming process. Once she is taken out of her cage, she is relaxed and curious about the new environment so the recommended taming process for Dante would be to get her onto a hideout by offering her some snacks, and then taking the hideout out of the cage into a safe roaming environment.

Don’t be fooled by her petite frame, Dante is strong-willed when it comes to getting her tiny hands on a snack and will play tug-of-war with you if you firmly hold a snack and offer it to her!

Al dente in all aspects, are you ready to welcome little Dante into your heart and home?
