Rio was rescued from an irresponsible owner who decided to throw his hamsters into boiling hot water because he had enough of them. Rio came from the worst living condition, but is visibly grateful to be given a second chance at living.
Despite his previously harsh life, he has the sweetest demeanor ever. He accepts playtime with his fosterer, and will be sure to give lots of love and joy to whoever plays with him. Most importantly, he very affectionately licks our palms! (In one of the pictures, you can see him licking the Eiffel Tower HAHA)
