Alfie is one half of the duo we rescued from a void deck in Aljunied. He was found in the dirtiest cage, with a tiny wheel with food scattered all over the grim. He was the Alpha of the duo, scampering around to explore (and literally stepping over his cage mate).
This little boy has had a rough lot in life. The dirty living conditions led to him developing a skin infection. He hated the daily medication administered to him but bravely took it like a true champ. The cramped living conditions also meant that Alfie developed a mini hunch in his back. The hunch does not affect his mobility but you will observe him tip-toeing around. Despite his less than ideal experience with humans, Alfie is not afraid of humans although he is mouth curious.
He has recovered from his skin infection, however he has developed scar tissue around his right eye. He needs a loving and patient new pawrent, who is willing to show him the kinder side of life. We have seen how hard he has fought for a chance at life (after his medical scares) and this brave boy is ready for a new chapter in his life.
